In today's world, a man will be looked down upon for sharing his feelings. There is this stigma that men must be a rock and have no emotions. And if he does, oh boy, he will be pushed out of his circle, shunned for being too feminine, and have his pride taken away. I have always been a big supporter of mental health, and I am here to say that we should focus on men's mental health awareness. It’s time for this stigma of being an alpha male to go and rush into a new age, where we men can talk to each other about what's going on. No more should a man have to feel trapped in his own head, pushing those voices deeper into his subconscious. It’s time to let it all out, support them for doing it, and be a shoulder to cry on. Because it is always better to get it out than let it tear you apart from within.
