PUSHING YOUR CREATIVE LIMITS BY CLAIRE NICHOLSON
When I think of the word creativity the first thing that comes to mind is that I am not an
individual that possesses it. When in reality, there is no true definition of creativity, so why do I
put myself in this mold and not allow myself to believe in my own creativity? It is my own brain
that I allow to constantly overthink my actions and thoughts that confines me and my creativity. I
am beginning to learn, or unlearn you could say, how to be creative again and to let my ideas
flow without my voice of judgment getting in the way. I am beginning to understand that my
ideas are good again. Expressing yourself is the key to creativity and I am pushing myself far
outside of my comfort zone in order to be creative once again.
