Why Lead?

Why Lead?

Some people are born with this innate desire to lead. Whether it is class president or running a

business, some of us are lustful for these positions. But why? Why do some of us want the

pressure of running an organization and hearing every opinion on every decision along the

way? Why would we want to hear complaint after complaint with no true solution ever given?

Why put us through that, when you could have more free time and make more money just

following the easy path?

I am one of these people that has this desire and know that I lead because I want to head the

charge of continuing to improve and innovate an organization in the way I dream of it being.

But by not understanding the importance of leading to yourself, it is easy to give up being in

these positions. So, I ask you, why lead?
