HOW TO MAKE A CREATIVE DREAM TEAM BY DAVIS BAIL

One of the ideas I have been thinking about the last couple of weeks is how I would make a perfect team for creative output. First I thought about what type of people I would want to include in this team but then I thought deeper. Making a perfect team is not just about who is in the group but how the group operates. You may have a team of all-star players but if those players can not operate together well then that team becomes nearly useless. But how does this apply to making the creative dream team? When you are making this dream team of creativity you would want to put rules and ideas in place to where new and more controversial ideas are openly welcome so that people feel more willing to share their ideas with the group which will make the group's overall creativity go up. Another idea that should be considered when making this dream team is the groups' ability to build off each other's ideas. If the team can come up with really good ideas but then cannot build off of those ideas the overall product the groups make won't be the best. Another thing this dream team would need to have is good team players having creative people who will help this team to create. But if they cannot work together well using their own unique abilities to help to create the group will end up creating nothing. These are my ideas on how to make a creative dream team.
