Creativity In One Moment
Have you ever noticed the moment right before a long-anticipated concert is about to start? The venue is swimming with people; the lights bright and loud, rustling movements reverberate; vendors hustle popcorn, beers, and merch. The scene feels like a small city at rush hour more than a show. Yet, no matter how vibrant the miniature metropolis is, the moment the lights flicker - all focus shifts, all faces turn, all movement slows or stops, all noise decreases.
Creativity is in that brief moment… so much so da Vinci would be proud…
Every cell, in every person, absorbs “dimonstratzione,” gaining knowledge and learning from this experience.
Each body, using “corporalita,” becoming more attuned to its mind, shuffles to find the best viewing position to achieve the richest involvement.
Every mouth (or perhaps just the parents), thick with “art/scienza,” whispers their last practically logical phrases as the child-like imagination bubbles with excitement.
Every ear, and eye, primed and ready for the first musical note vibrations and the lights to spark, “sensazione” on high alert.
Every heart pounds, anticipation brewing as the ambiguous stage is still uncertain and empty, “sfumato” is now the primary residency of the audience.
Each mind fluent and flexible with “curiosita,” seeking, thinking, and asking about what’s to come.
The collective whole, with bated breath, are all connected and in relationship, “connessione” running through their veins.
The moment, as fleeting as it is powerful, is an astonishing example of creativity. All minds, hearts, and bodies are open and ready, willing to go anywhere, are you?
