CREATIVITY HAS NO STRUCTURE BY ROSS BONETTI

I feel that I travel through life following a strategic checklist that I make in my head prior to the situation. Always have a plan for everything I do, and maybe even a backup in case things go south. Having such a complex structure and rigid way of thinking has actually gone on to limit me in life.

How can I break free from this strategic mindset and let the creativity flow? Letting go of the checklist format to actually go on and fail, but to take that failure and turn it into a success. The single biggest reason that helped me break free from this was putting the brakes on my voice of judgment. Instead of having my voice of judgment turn me away from new situations, I dive headfirst into whatever is thrown my way. In this life, there are no such things as bad failures because with every failure comes a new opportunity knocking, and only you are capable of opening that new door.
