There is a well-known saying in Scotland that says… Whit’s fur ye’ll no go by ye! In other words, what is meant to be will be.

I believe that this is an important rule to live by each and every day. Life throws so many curveballs in our direction. When these situations arise, it is not about the situation itself, it is how we deal with it or work through it. We get to choose how we view life and all of the challenges that are thrown at us… the ball is in our court.

We are 100% stronger than any of the challenges life provides us. We would not be the people we are today without facing adversity. We must remind ourselves of this when things get tough because the only way to move forward is to trust that everything happens for a reason.
