A SERIES OF EPIPHANIES BY ELIZABETH LOWENGART
Things I have Learned Over the Past Two and a Half Years:
Trust the process.
Always go with your gut.
Do what you are passionate about, don’t waste your time on something you don't love.
Always laugh at yourself.
A farmer salad will cure a hangover, so will MacDonalds.
Make mistakes, but learn from them.
Always ask questions. And if you think you asked enough, ask more.
Get excited over the little things.
Confidence is key.
It’s either a good time or a good story.
It is OKAY to be lost. Sometimes the best epiphanies come from being lost.
I want to expand upon this last one. Being lost has been a pivotal part of my growth into who I am today.
Being lost took me off the beaten path of least resistance and helped me embark on this crazy, rocky journey that has beaten me up, but gotten me to where I need to be.
Being lost got me 50 rejections, but one real opportunity.
Being lost helped strip away the parts of me that meant nothing, that added little to my character and values. Being lost shook me to my core and helped me reach my truest form- The Hustler.
Being lost will help me get to where I want to be.
Being “found” is bullshit
