TAKE THE PATH LESS FOLLOWED, YOU MIGHT LIKE THE VIEW BY JESSICA DOYLE

Hi, my name is Jessica and I see innovation in solutions.  Solving a problem is being creative.  You think of a few different scenarios, and you chose the one that will fix the problem.  I also see creativity in nature.  Nature is a large part of our lives, and it ties into almost every aspect of us humans too.  I think having a strong relationship with nature is essential to our thinking process and imagination, which in turn leads to creativity.  I try to be creative in most things I do in my day-to-day life.  Weather it’s taking the path less followed, or trying something new, doing something different each day are ways that I make creativity a ubiquitous part of my life.

Everyone struggles, even in things they’re good at.  If you’re like me, creativity can be very hard when the ideas don’t just come to you.  If you’ve got a lot on your mind, it could inhibit your creative thinking as well.  Some ways I try to avoid this is taking a little bit of time to myself every day.  Whether it’s taking a walk, working out or doing yoga, I must take time to wind down and just reflect.
