AFTER THOUGHTS BY MATT HUBER
Honestly, this post took me many days to write. Every day, I would change everything. This was the actual definition of my creative blocks. It is so tough to write about something you know you are going through.
I would say that I am very optimistic.
However, I am currently struggling to find my inspiration. I am in the creative block and it is very difficult to exit. It is a struggle that everyone has gone through. It is tough, but understanding our creative blocks is so important to helping produce our creative thoughts. For me, the way I overcome creative blocks is just to be calm and chill. Just relaxing and thinking of “the why”. I have been stuck in my block for way too long and it is making me realize what truly inspires me.
The environment around me.
From some of my best friends, to the little pieces of art I have scattered throughout my room, it’s the environment. As I am leaving my creative block, I am learning once again who I am and my weaknesses. I am learning and I am loving every second of it. Our creative blocks are not permanent. They end and some of the best thoughts come after. My after thoughts are where I’m the most creative and I cherish every second of them.
