You may be scared of the word, for it holds so much power, but in reality “Yes” is the window to endless possibilities.

When I took hold of my “Yes,” I visited Ghana, a culture that intrigued me and called to me. There were so many unknowns as I began my journey, but I didn’t let those fears cloud my vision of all the experiences ahead. I dug through clay and dirt to build a maternity ward for a village, a creation made from sweat and gravel and achy legs and muscles.

Owning that power is invigorating for it allows you to create and envision different ideas, exposing you to worlds far beyond your dreams. Don’t be afraid of your creativity and the power it holds. Use that power to heighten your senses and satisfy your curiosity.
