Some people are fueled by coffee and caffeine while others stick to teas or water to get their

minds going. Maybe it’s just my extreme sweet tooth, but candy seems to fuel my creativity

and helps me find that sweet spot in my ideas.

Kit Kats are a crucial part of my creative press kit, there is not a time I don’t have at least a few

of the snack size candies tucked in the pockets of my backpack.

Whenever I am brainstorming or working together in a group, I find that the candy fuels

relaxation and a mental calmness in me, helping me ideate more fluently and elaborately.

Breaking off the different Kit Kat sticks gives me the opportunity to save some for later or share

the candy’s creative drive with others.

This Kit Kat mentality is one I plan to continue applying in my exploration of creativity.
