If you know me, you know…
You know that I have a passion for health. You know that I love to learn. You know that I’m very quiet and keep to myself. However, you don’t know why I am the way I am.
As a kid, I didn’t have many playmates. My brother is 5 years older than me and only wanted to play video games and I lived very far from my friends. So I played by myself most of the time. For some reason when I played with my dolls I never voiced out loud what they were saying to each other. I would just say it in my head. As I got older, I started to make up fictional stories in my head to pass time in the day. What I noticed was that to the outside world, I seemed quiet and shy but to me I had all these things just filling my head. Whether it was a story or a visualization of my ideas, it never was silent.
Whenever you have a chance to brainstorm or daydream, take it and see what ideas you come up with.
