THE POWER OF HABIT BY DYLAN SOSNOSWKY

THE POWER OF HABIT BY DYLAN SOSNOSWKY

Power is habit and habit is power. Many people struggle with finding the right habits, despite years of trying to change their ways. Others seem to find ways to reinvent themselves overnight.

Oftentimes, I feel like I come very close to fixing a habit of mine that serves to hinder my creativity and development as an individual. At the point where I feel like I am close to fixing a particular habit, I often feel like I fail to continue with the process of eliminating a habit. By focusing on the patterns that shape every aspect of my life, I have made some progress with using the power of habit to enhance my life.

Rather than initially focusing on the bigger picture, take time to focus on one aspect of your life that is holding you back from expressing your creativity and reaching your goals. It is important to realize the power of habit and place emphasis on changing something about your life that is under your control. When you can alter a habit that is under your control, you can essentially unlock more habits and develop more control. Transforming your habits takes time, just as creativity does. It is important to realize this and trust the process. Your process is your control.
