FAILURE IS A NEED BY TY STORER
Failure is something to run toward, not to run from. Failure is how you learn, it makes you question what isn’t working and innovate something new. Failure fosters creativity. When things are not going right, you have to be resilient and pick yourself back up again. One of those times you will succeed. But you will succeed because of your failures, not in spite of them. I have failed so many times in my life that I have lost count. Some of those times, I did not get back up, I quit. It is not a coincidence that most of my regrets in life are the things I quit on. Some of those times, I fought through it, persisted, and was able to create something I was truly proud of. These are the moments I took the most from. These are the moments that made me realize how failure is a reward, not a punishment. It was in these moments I learned to never be afraid of failure.
