HOW CREATIVITY HELPS MAKE MY BUSINESS STAY PERSONABLE BY PATRICK DITTOE

I was thrown into the fire at 18 years old. I have been tasked with running a company as soon as I graduated high school. To be completely honest, I have been terrified almost every day at work since then. I have seen myself be creative every single day because I must think for myself in an instant’s notice. Being completely real, it is scary. I must come up with solutions to real world scenarios on the spot, and every solution seems to be different. When you deal with thousands of people a week, and there are unexpected problems, you must be quick and creative. When you have a reputation to maintain, money to make and people to please, you must tailor experiences to every single person. Luckily, I have been doing it for a while, and I am able to innovate and adapt of the mistakes I have most certainly made. The thought of letting people down has driven me to be more creative and unique. The potential relationship I can build with a customer has driven me to think in unique ways. The creative approach that I take to every customer interaction has paid off. It’s awesome to see the guys I employ use the same mindset. Using creativity to put a smile one someone’s face is fun, glad I had the chance to do it.
