IF YOU COULD TURN BACK TIME… BY AMY BERG

IF YOU COULD TURN BACK TIME… BY AMY BERG

As I come upon that last few weeks here in the dreamland of Oxford, Ohio I have begun to reflect. What would I have done differently? Should I have really joined that organization? What would I tell myself if I could turn back the clock 4 years?

Well it is pretty simple. I wouldn’t tell myself anything. For 4 years there were ups and downs, mistakes and accomplishments and highs and lows. But one thing I would tell my past creative self, is to not be afraid of failure. I always thought I needed the A, 100% and gold star, when in reality, that isn’t how I have become successful. I would encourage freshman Amy to continue to question and remain curious. My 4 years have been a development and my creative self has flourished.

Now as I enter into the real world, I will continue to stay curious, continue to ask those questions and stay passionate about my second right answer.
