Be creative for you. Don’t do it because someone is telling you that’s what you need to do to get hired.

Be authentic. Only be creative in the way that works for you. You can’t copy someone else’s process and expect highly original results. You have to learn the rules well enough so that you can bend them to your advantage to compliment your strengths and counteract your weaknesses.

Creativity is unique to each person and it takes time to find out what works for you. Embrace the process and you’ll get the results you want
