Creativity is found when you peruse your passion with reckless abandon. Although you are faced with thousands of uncertainties when venturing into the unknown, it is critical to just go for it.

You see I learned this lesson when I was a sophomore in high school. I had been given a little eight gallon fish tank from my grandpa shortly before he passed away. I think I caught my passion for the sea from him and wanted to take the little tank to the next level. Since I didn’t have thousands of dollars to spend I had to figure out how to make dream come into fruition. Through countless hours of research and building my own pumps and led lights, I had pushed through the unknown and ended up with a brilliant reef tank.

There are many times when you can be full of self-doubt and can easily become deterred. However, it is important to realize that one failure simply leads to a different solution. There were hundreds of times where I tried and failed, however, my passion and determination enabled me to overcome each and every set back.
