THE VAN GOUGH OF HOCKEY BY BRYCE HATTEN

The place where I see the most creativity in my life is on the ice rink. I see the ice
rink as a blank canvas, and myself and the other players as the artists. The game of
hockey may seem like a simple game to the people watching, but to a player, the
game of hockey is an art with endless possibilities to express your creativity. The
idea of having FUN while playing the game of hockey is what drives my creativity
the most. The more fun I have, the more creative I get. I tend to only test my
creativity in low-risk situations, but I’m trying to build up my confidence to be able
to express my creativity in every situation on the ice.
