QUESTION YOUR QUESTION BY SAM FENDER

QUESTION YOUR QUESTION BY SAM FENDER

I have begun to ask myself different questions, many of which are questions about how to ask better questions. The questions that we ask lead to the answers we are seeking, therefore we must not look for answers rather questions.

I also began to keep track of my “should” questions, catching myself when I ask them and then asking them in an “I am” format. I urge others to try this exercise, because I have become aware that I ask many more “should” questions than I would have thought. It is also helpful to take those questions and format them as “I am” questions.

What should I do to make my resume better?

How can I make my resume more memorable?

How should I start ideating?

What Ideas can solve this problem efficiently?

By asking these types of questions, I have noticed that I do not get stuck as often, rather I simply ask myself different questions at each stage of the process. This is an important practice because after all, the questions lead us to the answer.
